  1. Luckily I just ate breakfast and am not hungry! This was taken years ago at my Aunt and Uncle’s house. They used to have crab boils and crawfish boils all the time. That’s just what you do when you live in Louisiana like they did.

  2. Ha! Yesterday I bought some nice lump meat and tonight I will be making crab cakes using a very basic recipe: per 1 lb of lump crab meat; 1 egg, diced parsley, gluten-free Panko mix, 1 or 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 or 2 tsp honey Dijon mustard. Fry in butter. Voila!
